By creating an account or using KasiKeys, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1. Your account
- Information you provide must be accurate and current.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
- You must be 18 or older to list a property or book a service.
2. Listings
- Fraudulent, duplicate or misleading listings are prohibited.
- Listing fees are payable before publication and are generally non-refundable.
- KasiKeys may remove listings that violate these Terms or South African law.
3. Marketplace role
KasiKeys connects landlords and tenants. We are not a party to the rental agreement between them and do not guarantee the condition of any property or the conduct of any user.
4. Services
Cleaning, gardening, maintenance and property management bookings are subject to separate service terms communicated at the time of booking.
5. Suspension
We may suspend or remove accounts that break these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or South African law.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of KasiKeys after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
