Listing fees
Listing fees are generally non-refundable once a listing has been approved and published.
When we may refund
- A payment was made in error (for example, a duplicate charge).
- A technical issue on our side prevented publication.
- KasiKeys determines a refund is appropriate given the circumstances.
Service bookings
Cleaning, gardening and maintenance bookings have their own cancellation and refund terms. These will be shared with you before you confirm and pay for a booking.
How to request a refund
Email support@kasikeys.co.za with your account email, transaction reference, and a brief description. We aim to reply within 5 business days.
